Agenda:
- Approval of meeting minutes from 2023
- Treasury Report
- Green Meadows lawn service to mulch all three cul de sacs along with entryway. (we need to find out if cul de sac #2 I believe that's the one) wishes to have plantings from entryway?
- Seek out seasonal plantings through our lawn landscape company
- New Business: The Commons Tree Policy - After having the January storm take down a few trees, we've decided to have three board members walk the commons to see which trees are in need of removal, after which we will call in an Arborist to seek their opinion. Whichever tree needs taking down, that will occur in late fall or winter of 2024.
- Any announcements from our neighbors
